LIFE ON BOARD

Life on board is very relaxed and many activities are provided on board including; canoe, wind surfer, some snorkelling equipment, board games, selection of books, did player with a range of films etc. Extra water sports are available at some locations during your cruise e.g. para sailing, jet skis, at additional cost. Soap and cabin towels (hand & bath) are provided as is bed linen. So it is only necessary to bring your own personal toiletries and a swimming towel for use on deck for sunbathing and swimming. There is always a deck shower situated near to the swimming ladder, so you can shower off salt water after swimming. Shoes are not normally worn on board, though if you prefer some soft slippers or flip flops would be acceptable. Sun creams, insect repellents, reading material, a personal music player and of course a camera! Are popular and useful things to pack? Regarding clothes, dress is very informal during the day (swimwear, shorts and T shirts, hats and sunglasses) during the early Evening; guests generally change for pre-dinner aperitifs and dinner, though it is not overly formal. So large amounts of luggage are not normally necessary. Also, the most practical baggage is of the soft sports style that can be folded away after unpacking. Not all yachts have big storage space. Though you will of course have somewhere to hang clothes and drawers are provided in your cabin. Sometimes you may also opt to go on excursions, or walking. As the terrain is quite rugged it’s a good idea to have 1 pair of sports shoes or sturdy sandals. Pets are not allowed. This is a general guide, if you have queries regarding any of the above, the staff at AllGulet will be only too happy to help.
